If you need an emergency board-up the same day, a local Abu Dhabi firm may reach you faster. For planned repairs — a stuck balcony door, foggy glazing or corroded island hardware — our scheduled visits work well, and we usually batch several jobs into one trip to keep it worthwhile. We carry the common parts for the aluminium sliding systems used across Abu Dhabi towers, so most repairs finish on the first visit even though the trip is longer.

Reem, Saadiyat, Yas and the Corniche sit on open water: the Gulf breeze carries salt onto every exposed track and gasket, and on high floors the wind drives rain sideways into the frame — leaks and pitted rollers turn up there years before they would inland. Khalifa City and Al Raha face the desert edge instead, so the problem is fine sand packing into the bottom track and sun that bakes rubber seals until they harden and shrink.
