This policy explains what Window Repair UAE collects through this website, why, how long it is kept, and how you can have it removed. It is written to match what the site actually does — not a generic template.

What the site collects
Only what you type into a form yourself:
- Callback form: your name and phone number.
- Price calculator: the same, plus the answers you selected — problem type, window details and the estimate shown to you, so the technician calls back already knowing the case.
- Podcast booking: the same, plus the topic you would like to discuss, if you choose to write one.
Sent together with the form, one technical detail travels with it: how you reached the site — the campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source and the like, plus the ad click identifier), the first page you opened and the site that referred you. It tells us which advert brought the enquiry; it says nothing about you and is kept only for the duration of your visit, in your browser, until you send the form. Nothing is sent if you do not send a form.
The site has no accounts, no login and no payment. It does not ask for your address, your documents or any other detail, and it never asks for card data.
Why we need it
To call you back, agree a time and give a quote — that is, to do the thing you asked for by sending the form. We do not use these details for advertising and do not sell them to anyone.
How long it is kept
For as long as the request is being handled, and afterwards for the warranty period on the work, because a warranty claim has to be matched to the original job. After that the record is deleted.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the company, apart from the service that receives the form on our behalf. We do not pass your details to advertisers or data brokers.
Third-party services on the page
Pages load entirely from this site's own server — the typefaces are self-hosted since 08.2026, and the branches map is ours — so opening a page sends your IP address to no one. Podcast videos are embedded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only after you press play.

Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to windowrepairuae@gmail.com — we answer from the same address and do not require a particular form of words.
