Glass gone, frame bent, lock no longer holding
Most emergency calls come down to glass that is simply gone: a hard knock, a forced entry, or a window that gave way during a sandstorm. What stays in the frame is sharp and loose, it holds nothing back, so it is the first thing to leave.
The frame takes its share of the hit. A profile pushed out of square will not let the sash sit down, and a door that has been forced stands proud of the frame on one side. Straightening that geometry is what makes the opening close and lock again.
Hardware is the third failure. The lock gives way where it engages the frame, the handle turns without moving anything, and the sash stays shut only because it is jammed. That part gets replaced rather than talked into working.
Until the permanent part is ready, the open hole is the real risk: dust off the street, the weather, and anyone walking past. Closing it up the same day buys the time to measure and order the right glass.
After a forced entry there is paperwork waiting as well, so the team leaves a written account of the damage and of the work done, with the fixed price alongside it.

Four steps, and the price is known before the repair starts
It starts on the phone. We ask which part gave way, what the address in Dubai is, and how wide open the gap is right now, because that decides what the technician brings with him.
On site the check is quick but not careless: the technician goes over the frame, the sash, the hardware and the glass, then says which of them is the cause and which only looks damaged.
Then the parts are chosen. Glass is matched by thickness and type to the pane that stood there before, hardware to the profile already in the opening, so nothing looks patched together afterwards.
