Aluminium window seal replacement after construction dust
Construction dust dries a seal out and cracks it early, and a brittle gasket cannot be pressed back into service. It is peeled out of the frame, a fresh original seal is fitted all the way round, and the sash is adjusted so the window shuts tight.
