Why double glazing fogs up between the panes
A double glazed pane is really two sheets of glass bonded to a spacer bar around the edge, with a sealed pocket of dry air or gas in between. A drying agent inside the spacer soaks up the last traces of moisture so the cavity stays clear. As long as the perimeter seal holds, the gap stays dry and the glass stays clear for years.
In Dubai the seal works hard. Daytime heat expands the sealed unit, night cooling contracts it, and the material flexes through that cycle every single day. Why you cannot clean the fog off
The moisture is not on the surfaces you can reach. It is sealed inside the unit, on the two glass faces that point at each other across the cavity.
